2008 Information | Carnival Day Entertainment
Bridgwater Carnival is a massive national event and receives a lot of media coverage, whether it be in the newspapers, local radio or television. The Entertainment Timetable is a breakdown of all the entertainment taking place on carnival day in the town centre, make sure you don't miss a thing.
Listed below are the acts that will be entertaining you, including the Chesterfield Musketeers Showband. and Bideford's Samba Sol.

Bobby Paul (Elton John Tribute), Yorkie (a three piece family band from Cornwall playing a mix of British pop music from the Beatles to Amy Winehouse), Street Entertainers Merlin, Stuart Ashman (pictured) and Scott Inskip (pictured).
A Fairground Organ will be playing all day in Fore Street.
There will be a carnival exhibition in St Mary's Church, in addition food and souvenirs will be available at the Town Hall from mid morning until 5.00pm, buy your refreshments and watch previous years video on the big screen while you eat.
A Carnival Information Caravan can be found on the Cornhill selling programmes and taking orders for souvenirs.
