Catering Crew Get An 'Ology

Bridgwater Carnival Catering Crew get qualified.
Volunteers from the carnival catering crew, led by Rita Jones headed off to Bridgwater College one Saturday morning to be trained.
They arrived raring to go, focused on the preparation of food, ready to be trained in the art of Basic Food Hygiene.
After a long day and an exhaustive examination at the end we were pleased to hear that they had all passed.

Customers of theirs at the Carnival Concerts will be relieved to know they are now in safe hands!
