In 2011 we produced for the first time in conjunction with Bridgwater Times a glossy souvenir brochure of the 2011 carnival season, the 24 page A4 brochure proved to be very popular so a 2012 version is to be produced and will feature a round up of information on the Concerts, the Procession, the Squibbing and the results, articles not contained in the event programmes and colour pictures, an ideal souvenir of the Carnival Year. Plus as an added bonus the price has been dropped by 50% to £1.

Carnival Chronicles
Carnival Chronicles - A History Of Bridgwater Carnival Clubs
New for 2012 - the Bridgwater Mercury have produced a 44 page A4 brochure giving details and some of the history of the Bridgwater Carnival clubs. These brochures as well as being available online can also be obtained from the Bridgwater Carnival Centre or from Bridgwater carnival club members.

Lapel Pin Badge
Souvenir Lapel Pin Badge
New in 2010 - a Carnival souvenir lapel badge, bearing the new carnival symbol, shown on a black background (not part of the badge). The badge is secured by a stud which fixes onto the pin at the rear. It is a metal badge 30mm in height.

New in 2011 - A new size jute bag with long shoulder handles, the bag is eco-friendly with soft padded cotton handles and internal food grade lamination. It is H30mmxW30xG20mm and carbon neutral. The bag is in a natural jute colour with a sepia version of the new symbol on both sides.

New in 2009 the Thinsulate Ski Hat will keep you warm whilst watching the carnival. the hats are black with carnival symbol on the front without the text underneath. It is one size double thickness; washable 100% soft feel acrylic with Scotchguard rainproof coated yarns.

Carnival Souvenir Flag
Bridgwater Carnival Souvenir Flag
New in 2009 we have launched the Carnival Flag which will be displayed on buildings throughout the town centre on carnival day, you can buy your own flag if you wish, three versions are available, a 4'6"x 3' version, available online; or two smaller 12"x 18" versions which will be available locally over the carnival period, one with a stick for waving and the other with a car window bracket.
Cost per 4'6"x 3' flag is £10.00 each plus £2.75 postage & packing.

Procession DVD
Mendip Media filmed the carnival procession for us in 2011 bringing a new look to the Carnival DVD, which was filmed in the High Street for the first time, the DVD is again filmed in widescreen format which was found to be a success in the last three years.
Mendip Media is based in Somerset and brought a new innovative look to the 2011 DVD, this move has enabled us to reduce the price of the DVD by £1 for 2011, the lowest price since 1986. We have held our price for 2012 and absorbed the increase in postage costs.

MovingArt on behalf of the Carnival Committee have produced a Bridgwater Carnival DVD for each of the year's from 1982 - 2002 as filmed by Swift TV, so if your videos are getting dated and you want a replacement copy on DVD they are now available.
All DVD's from 1982 - 2008 inclusive are available at £6 plus £1.75 postage & packing each copy.

Away From The Crowd
Limited Edition Copy
A limited edition copy of the third painting in a series by Angela Gawn, the oil painting depicts a viewer looking at the carnival from the distance as it crosses the river bridge.
The three versions available are a (20"x16") box canvas version @ £50 each, a framed mounted (12"x10") print @ £20 each or a (12"x10") unframed mounted print @ £15 each, these prices are for collection only. The last version can be posted at a cost of £4 extra.
Master of Ceremonies

A limited edition copy of the second painting in a series by Angela Gawn, the oil painting depicts the Master of Ceremonies (the Squibber Statue) overseeing the annual squibbing display at the Cornhill, Bridgwater.
The Master of Ceremonies stands in virtual silhouette, surrounded by carnival revellers looking down over the scene of the squibbing display as sparks shower the night sky and smoke swirls around him, a truly captivating & world unique scene.

First Night Out

A limited edition copy of a painting by Angela Gawn, the oil painting depicts the scene at the Cornhill, Bridgwater on a fictional November Friday evening in the early 21st century as the lead cart of the famous carnival finally arrives. Behind the Guy Fawkes cart, bathed in a mass of white light is Gremlins Carnival Club 2006 entry; Ghost Ship (Deliver Us).
The unframed mounted version (12"x10") costs £15 each plus £4 postage & packing.

Remember, Remember Statuette
Limited Edition Copy
The second in a series of statuettes based on the original Bridgwater Carnival Guy Fawkes logo, crafted by Dave Faulks. A donation will be made to the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Park Hospital for each statuette sold.
The statuette made of cold cast bronze is available at £95 each and is collection only.
