The price of grandstand tickets for this year’s Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival has been held at £30 per seat. The cost of hospitality packages has also been pegged at £70 – which is, likewise, the same price as last year.
‘We are delighted to be keeping down our ticket prices this year,’ said BGFC Commercial Director Karen Gibbs. ‘We strive to keep them as affordable as possible’.
The much sought after grandstand tickets will go on sale at 9am on Monday 3 March and can be bought online from Bridgwater Carnival’s official website shop https://www.bridgwatercarnival.org.uk/product/grandstand-seat/ or the Carnival Centre, High Street, Bridgwater. When buying grandstand tickets online, or at the Carnival Centre, purchasers can choose their specific seats.
Hospitality packages are currently on sale from https://www.bridgwatercarnival.org.uk/product/blake-hall-hospitality/ or at the Carnival Centre. The Package includes a grandstand seat, reserved parking, a hot meal, a drink, and a souvenir programme. The number of grandstand seats and hospitality packages is limited and tickets tend to go quickly.
This year’s carnival parade is on Saturday 1 November. It begins at 6pm and promises to be of the same exceptionally high standard witnessed in recent years. Bridgwater has a well-deserved fantastic reputation as one of the biggest and liveliest illuminated processions in Europe featuring a cast of many hundreds of Carnivalites.
The Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival parade attracts many thousands of watchers who enjoy the privilege of seeing the spectacular carnival entries make their season debut.

The grandstands are temporary structures and access may prove difficult for those with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the organisers are unable to provide assistance with access to seats. Whilst the grandstands do have a roof there is potential for those in the lower seats to be affected by inclement weather.
Whilst the organisers put in place measures to ensure that the grandstands provide an unrestricted view of the procession, they have no control over spectators who choose to ignore the requests of marshals.
Also, children will require their own seats and therefore tickets and will not be allowed to sit on laps. By booking tickets for the grandstands, you are confirming that you acknowledge this information.
