DISCLAIMER
The grandstands are temporary structures and access may prove difficult for those with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the organisers are unable to provide assistance with access to seats. Whilst the grandstands do have a roof there is potential for those in the lower seats to be affected by inclement weather.
Whilst the organisers put in place measures to ensure that the grandstands provide an unrestricted view of the procession, they have no control over spectators who choose to ignore the requests of marshals.
Also, children will require their own seats and therefore tickets and will not be allowed to sit on laps.
By booking tickets for the grandstands, you are confirming that you acknowledge this information.
The Ticket Source program will be available as above online, firstly click at the top to start your order, you will then see the graphic showing the 12 stands and which are live, you will then be able to select which live stand you want, you will not be able to buy seats on the stands that are not live as above. You select which stand you want seats in and how many seats you want all stands are one price £30 per seat.
The next page will then load with all the seats available for the chosen stand you then select which seats you want, they will be added to your basket, please note there will also be a handling charge of 4% plus vat, so 4.8%, which will be shown on the screen before you pay.
So for example buying two seats in the stalls @£30 would be charged at £60 plus £2.88 so £62.88 total. Once you have paid for your seat tickets they will be emailed to you so no postage charges unless you pick the postage option?
If you prefer you can buy seats in the Carnival Centre during normal opening hours.
We would ask that you do not leave odd seats when you select your seats, there is a programme working in the background to try and ensure this does not happen, “orphan” seats cost us money so you may find that if you leave an odd seat you will not be able to purchase the seat you want unless you close up, this is not an error, it is a system which hopefully give us maximum benefit and you more choice?
Please be in your seats at least 15 minutes (5.45pm) before the procession starts.
