Book with Confidence Policy

Book with Confidence Policy

We fully appreciate that some people may be apprehensive of booking events too far in advance, in case of any future possible Covid restrictions and the events subsequently not taking place.

In order to give you reassurance and peace of mind, we have a ‘Book with Confidence’ policy, whereby if you book to attend one of our events and we are then required to cancel it due to the pandemic, we will reimburse you. We would aim to do this within 28 days of any such decision, so your payment will not be lost.

Our ‘Book with Confidence’ policy covers coach parking, grandstand seats, carnival concert seats, hospitality and trade stalls.

Please note our policy does not cover you personally being unable to attend an event due to having Covid-19 yourself.

We look forward to seeing you all in 2023!

Supported by PRS for Music

PRS for Music licences the use of copyright music across the UK, giving businesses and organisations the legal permission they need to play the music they want.

These licences ensure that music publishers, songwriters and composers are fairly rewarded with royalties so they can keep making music – and mean that we’re able to support music at events like this.
