Tickets for the Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival concerts and the procession grandstand seats are available to buy online and from the Carnival Centre from 1st April.
Tickets for the 2017 carnival concerts, which run from Monday 2 October until Saturday 14 October, are available to purchase at our online shop. They can also be ordered from the Carnival Centre, located in Bridgwater’s High Street.
This year the concert tickets will cost £10.50 or £13.00 for the opening performance, and £12.50 or £15.00 for all other performances. Restricted view tickets will be £9.50 throughout the concert fortnight.
Tickets will be sent out later by post and will incur a small postal charge and although the night is guaranteed, individual seats cannot be reserved.
The popular concerts have been an annual feature in Bridgwater since 1883, and are seen as a preview to the eagerly anticipated procession, which this year falls on Saturday 4 November. Over 4,500 tickets are available for the performances, where a cast of over 600 entertain an enthralled audience.
Tickets for the hugely popular grandstands, which line the procession route, have also gone on sale and are available to purchase at our online shop or from the Carnival Centre or from Mike Crocker on 01278 451415. Tickets cost £16. Last year all grandstand tickets sold out five weeks in advance of the big day and demand is expected to be high.
With the carnival procession just over 200 days away, preparations are quickly gathering pace for the town’s biggest night of the year.
